Can someone tell me step by step how to make a bootable CD with this? I burned the ISO file with Nero, and of course it didn't work.

I noticed their website had RAW images for mounting onto floppies.
Any way to put this onto a bootable USB stick? (FAT16)

Just burn the bootable .iso with dvddecrypter (freeware).

thanks, burned the iso to a cdrw using dvdecrpter and ran memtest86 overnight. i was surprised i could lower my CH-5 to 2-3-3-8 and only came up with 2 errors during 9 hours of testing overnight!

Yeah, any errors is a bad thing. An error can result in a crash, or worse, corrupted files.
