Newfies are great dogs, but I'm glad I don't have to feed it...nor clean up after it...:p

That's a really cute though. I get the shivers just thinking how much you're going to spend in dog food over the course of his life though.

They are called "Gental Giants", because they are laid back dogs with great temperment.
Don't need much space, since they are also lazy dogs..
After their first year, they don't eat no more than a lab..

Wow, that is a cool dog. I think I've seen big white fluffy versions of those before. I was wondering what the hell they were.

I've been wanting to get a Bernese for a while, but I've read so much about their short lifespan that I can't bring myself to do it. I realize they all have to go eventually, but if the average is 8 yrs, that's just too much to go through.
