It flashes by at the 6 second mark. Obama is wearing headgear that looks vaguely Muslim. I don't recall where I have seen that picture before, but wasn't he visting in Africa?

I saw it too techs and thought the same thing. It wasn't until I froze and replayed it frame by frame that I could clearly see it was a background spotlight. Neat camera trick if that was the intent.
