Just built a new machine yesterday - Epox 8RDA+ mobo, 1700+ Athlon, Kingston Hyper-X 512MB PC2700 (256x2)

The post screen show that the memory is running at 133 - what should it be running at? Do I change this in the bios?
FSB should be running at - 266? right? (can be changed in bios)?

266 is 133. The FSB shows 133, but it is DDR so 133x2=266. You can make adjustments to the FSB in your bios, but that will result in overclocking your processor.

In the BIOS there should be a seperate function (usually somewhere in Chipset) that will allow you to adjust memory speed so you can get full PC2700 speed. Even though my processor cant use the extra bandwidth I have noticed a performance increase from the devices that can such as the video card or hard drive.
