That said, whoever decided to go from dedicated to integrated graphics should be shot in the head.
You would not be entirely correct. (About the mac haters.)

Just do a text search for "shorty". I do go into specific detail. As well as some other folks.

So group all mac haters in the same category then. As if we're all alike. I love some things about Apple, I own an iPod and I own a copy of Tiger and run it on one of my PC's. Maybe some people are just too smart to spend more and get less. So frankly, I'd say most enthusiasts who don't appreciate Macs are simply smarter then the masses that do. Thats just my opinion though

I would never buy a computer from someplace like Apple and pay A LOT more when I could build the same thing for less - overclock it and have fun with it. Especially now that I can have OSX on my PC's.

Macs are for the masses, people who don't understand computers and who need all the help they can get. I'm not putting them down, just that Macs are not for enthusiasts - like most of the people around here.

I've been wanting a mac for a while now, and thought the Mini would be a nice way to go, but I cannot justify dropping $800 bones for that

Why have you been wanting a Mac for a while now if your not willing to spend the money. WTF did you expect? Macs have always, and will always cost more. So just go buy the Acer knockoff and load 10.4 onto it. Done and Done.

Don't condone piracy... it'll turn this into a flame thread and the moderators may take action against you or others that claim they run it. Just let it be.

Don't assume things - I could have bought 10.4 and so can anyone else. ON APPLES SITE. So STFU.

You are violating the license agreement if you run it on non apple hardware. Don't respond again to me about this, I said no flames... please don't.

Your such a tool. I bought the software, I'll use it however I like.

Now go tell a mod on me or something. Or better yet, write apple and link them to this thread.

I tried to be mature about it... for Christ's sake you don't need to namecall or flame.

Why are you guys complaing about the price bump, they upgraded the hardware, included a remote and FrontRow. For those complaing that $799 is too much to spend, teh ultimate mac mini was always that price. They realistically only raised the low level mini from $499 to $599. The $799 price point has always been the same.

Mature? That you automatically blamed me for pirating something I bought legally? And then tried to back pedal and change your argument to violating an end user agreemend. Perhaps you don't understand this, but violating an end user agreement and pirating software aren't the same thing.
