This was played on a 360, but obviously it'll be pretty much the same, except PC gamers will have the option of running it at a much higher res with mad AA .

I've been playing a lot more L4D lately with the custom content coming out, I can't wait for L4D2 personally, bring it on!

I wish they'd have an upgrade pack that includes vampires, mummies, and werewolves. Zombies are pretty boring.

Hunt vampires with a stake/crossbow. Shoot werewolves with a silver bullet. Fist-fight the mummy or something. A machine gun just makes killing zombies dull.

Honestly I'm not terribly excited about it... I LOVE Left 4 Dead, but this looks WORSE, not better.....

Some new characters (one in a white suit, one looks like a Zoey clone, and one sounds like Luis), some new weapons (silenced Uzi or Mac 10), slightly different zombie horde models, a couple of new special infected, and crappy fire animations...

I wouldn't have expected this from Valve. All they give us are multiplayer games. They have 2 single player games, and they are sequels.

And when you think about it, L4D2 isn't even a sequel by definition, it's not even the same cast. If it was a sequel we'd have the exact same cast, Zoey would have had a kid with Louis, Bill's beard would have grown up and Francis would have thought he was mutating into a vampire and killed him. I mean there would have been a story continuity with the original cast and perhaps even the original locales or at least a nod about them, it's not even a sequel.

Bwahaha, it really does look the same. I was hoping they would at least bring up the framerate to 60 FPS, but it seems all the L4D2 videos we have seen up until now were from the game running on PC.

That'd be sick, axes, swords. Real medieval shit in a post apocalyptic world, where there are (naturally) ammo shortages...

Btw i'd buy L4D2 if it just had more campaigns and maybe an extra weapon and special infected.
