new kyro2 drivers have been released

Build 1.06.16.0051 for WinXP, 2000 and 98/ME

Yeah, got a small boost to 3D Mark 2001, up from 3385 to 3439, other games seem about the same.

Noticed "Disable EnTnL" in registry.... unfortunately enabling it had no effect. Oh well, maybe in the next drivers....

Considering the Kyro2SE has been cancelled I can't see any reason for PowerVR not to enable enhanced t&l for all Kyro boards.
