Just stumbled across this when looking for some memory expansion for my Ipaq.

The exact model is a Kingston DataPak 2GB PC Card Type II Hard Drive.

Just a word of warning, friend - this thing eats up power pretty quickly since it's a full Type 2 PC card. But it's Compaq iPaq HCL-certified, so it should work flawlessly with the iPaq. And compared with the 500+ the first 1GB CF cards are supposed to cost, this isn't a bad deal if you already have the PC card slot and don't use your iPaq untethered for extreme amounts of time.
