In all seriousness though, why rely on what your cousin's friend's brother's girlfriend's teacher's dog's vet's daughter's boyfriend says? It's likely just rumor started by Apple fans to discredit the competition. Here's a real issue which has plagued the minis, apparently due to skimping on construction costs.

that was posted last year, thus it's for the 1st gen mini.

like i said, i've owned 2 rio products and they are not really well-built.

the best way is to go check out both yourself. go to bestbuy or CC and check them out.
