Get your non-beta, free fix here, or sort-of beta fix here (or, if you're a beta tester, and don't mind MS betas and the hassles of uninstalling them when you can't just install the final release on top, the sp2 beta supposedly fixes the issue.... although there are probably hundreds more IE holes just waiting to be discovered)

Is Mozilla completely security-hole free ... or have hackers/security people not bothered looking there as much yet ?

They fix their bugs very quickly. Of course, if you believe the "millions of eyes" theory of open source, that would help too.
