New HTC for Verizon this Sept/Oct?

Dropped my Droid X one too many times a few days ago. Black dots on 1/8th of the screen that are growing into horizontal lines. I suspect at the current rate the upper 1/4 of the display will be entirely black in 1-2 months time.

So time for an upgrade. And I don't do incremental updates, only major milestones.

I have my eyes on a HTC device with 5" 1920x1080 and quad core S4 Pro + Adreno 320 coming to Verizon in the next month or two so I'm hoping to hold out.

Anybody know anything? Not alot of info for something due out in less than 2 months.

It's their counter to the Note supposedly. I'm guessing it'll have a 720P screen not 1080P, but it should be a neat device. I just hope they have a stylus to match.

They already stated it had a s4 pro and 1080P; but probably lcd/ips not oled. If the screen is similar to the one -x it'll be very nice an brillant; but if it is like the one on the evo 3d; it'll be a dog

I'm probably going to wait for this phone then perhaps compare it to the razr hd and note ii but if htis phone is anything like the one-x; has an sd slot and a large battery i'll probalby be a winner (for me).
