I signed the Purchase & Sales agreement last month, and immediately the appraiser came out to evaluate the house. He charged $350, which is normal, but since the house wasn't complete so he couldn't do a full appraisal. He told me he was going to come back once the house is done.
My broker just notified me he's coming out there next week when everything in the house is finished, but there's an additional $125 charge to this.
Is that reasonable? He is quite a ways from where he works versus where the house is, but it just seems a lot.
