New Hot 6800 XT $129.69 AR $2.99 Shipping!

It's in between a 6800NU and a 6800GT...closer to the 6800NU, I think..

And it's un-unlockable.. well not unlockable, simply put. Actually... forget it, the extra pipelines aren't like the 6800NU.

Well .. this product is a little bit weird isn't it ? It is really hard to place it in the right spot. Performance wise it places itself right between the 6600 GT and the vanilla (standard) 6800. In several scenarios the 6800 XT is slightly faster with settings like AA and AF enabled over that vanilla 6800 model (which have 128MB). And when you forget about these specific settings the 6800 wins here and there. So that's a very close call.

425/1000 is the 6800GS, not XT. The XT is ever so slightly below the 6800. 6800 is 325/700 with 12 pipelines. This one is 325/600.

The add says 12 pipes, is it 12 or 8? That would make a huge difference... the galaxy in the review only has 8 pipes, but two bios chips? What is that good for, exactly, on a low end card?

The Guru 3D link says the XT has the same Core and Memory as the GS, but only 8 pipes and 1 less vertex shader.

the 6800xt in guru3d is ALOT different from the evga one on sale. that one has 256mb and insane clocks that has it beating the 6800 vanilla in certain cases. the evga for sale however has crappy clock speeds along with the 8 pipes. it should be slower than the 6600gt in most cases...casue the 6600gt is almost tied with the 6800 vanilla.
