this is the total launch window for this mission. if the launch is scrubbed until feb 14 then it will not get to pluto until 2020 which is five years after a jan launch.
 
new launch time is 1:08 today and everything looks good to go. the only possible weather issue is low clouds but that is not likely to further delay the launch.
 
1 minute in the hold before coundown at T-4 minutes.

Then they said:
No-go because of clouds yet.

Looks like a new T-0 will be decided on shortly.
Insanely powerful rocket - and it has trouble with clouds.

1:25 launchtime now.
