new homebuyer question

i'm kind of confused about this whole buyer agency thing. it seems like it's a relatively new development. i was wondering whether it was worth it to actually have this? anyone have experience with this?

If you feel you are in over your head then hire an attorney to advise you. Anybody else, and I stress ANYBODY, will not be legally beholden to make sure you get a good deal.
