Alright, I've been out of the game for awhile, but I'm back! Just got my new home gym set up and ready for action!
First workout was getting all 1612 lbs of it into the basement...
After a few hours of lifting and setup we were ready to go!
We've got....
Rogue Monster Lite squat rack
Rogue deadlift platform w/ band pegs
Rogue Monster bench
Texas Power Bar
2x Rogue loadable olympic dumbbells
Set of EliteFTS bands
3 pairs of 20 lb chains
Dip bar extension (Rogue Matador)
T-Bar row extension (Rogue Landmine)
~ 700 lbs olympic iron
~ 100 lbs bumper plates
Can't wait to put it through the paces!!
