I have a 2.4c processor on the asus p4p800 motherboard. I can overclock it to 3251 I think is the highest it will go. After that it will just not start back up then after it does it says OC failed. I am pretty sure this is my memory (pc2700) that is causing this problem. But anyways when I do get it that high. I can run it for about 5 mins restart and the CPU will be 115 F So I am thinking of getting a new heatsink. Does anyone have an good ones they can recomened? I have everything that came with the processor right now

The best p4 heatsink is the thermalright sp-94. Other very good ones include the slk900u, slk800u, slk947u. The best value now is the one on sale at svc for 31.99, the slk947u. ;)

Then of course a decent 92mm fan of your choice.
