New harddrive setup?

Hi, I'm thinking over if I should upgrade my harddrive setup or not so I'm asking what everyone else thinkgs.

I am currently running 2x 80gig Maxtor 7200rpm 8mbcache SATA on raid 0

I'm thinking about getting a 74GB raptor and using another 80 gig maxtor as storage and taking off the raid 0.

I know all the risks of running 0 and all, but do you think the performance increase would be worth it?
