Well I just got a nice silvertone electric bass, and I was curious on what others think of it Is silvertone a good company for guitars? I really only have experience with takameine acoustics.
 
You get what you pay for.. they make the paul stanley guitar I believe, which was medicore at best last I played it.
 
They are very cheap beginner guitars, for the most part. I'm not sure which one you got, but they sell that brand at Target and they are usually sold in "beginner bundles," which is not a sign of a quality instrument.
 
Hmmm, well the one I got was 250 bucks at a local guitar store. It wasnt a guitar that had a name attached to it.
