I wouldn't pay a cent over $150 for my motherboard. Prices aren't THAT different in Canada, so get one between $130-$150.

So updated list

INTEL QUAD CORE I5 2500 3.3GHZ 6MB 4core/4Thread S1155 RETAIL

ASUS P8P67-Deluxe S1155 INT P67 3XPCI-E 16X, 4XDDR3-1600MHZ 1600/1333 FSB SATA 6GB/S ATX

What would you recommend for ram and video card?

Im looking at the ASUS ENGTX580/1536MD5 GF GTX580, PCI-E 2.0,1GB, 256BIT

- The CPU is fine.
- Try to find a less expensive version of that mobo. The plain-old P8P67 (non-Pro, non-Deluxe), GA-P67A-UD3, or ASRock P67 Extreme4 would be good.
- GPU is fine, but make sure that your current PSU is decent quality.
- Don't waste your money on fancy RAM. Get 4 or 8GB of DDR3 1333 1.5V.
