I'm also gonna hafta call shens on the video. After looking at it in separate frames, you can see her left hand go outside of the net. Regulation rim diameter is 18", there's no way, with her arms still kept at her sides, that she could've gotten through without conflicting with the rim or the net. My length from shoulder to shoulder is 21", and I know guys have broader shoulders than girls, but I'm not that big of a guy in the first place, and her hands stuck out from her body at her sides. It would've been more believable if she had kept her arms above her head, like a diver, and not the traditional cheerleader form. This reminds me of those ESPN commercials.
