Compgeeks has a deal on a nicely featured Fujitsu SIS648FX/963L S478 motherboard that supports 800MHz FSB P4 up to 3.2GHz (but no Prescott):

Compgeeks shipping charges are reasonable. While not being known for the highest performance, Fujitsu-Siemens is reputed to manufacture the highest quality motherboards in the business with extremely low failure and defect rates. If anyone finds a comparable board that sells for less than $50, let us know!
