New from Starbucks: "Chantico"

its way too sweet. i had it about 5 times already i always dilute it down with water but its pretty good.

Good lord I don't think I'll be trying any of this stuff. Sounds way too rich/sweet if it's that high in fat and calories for only 6 ounces.

oh noes!!! It has carbs!!!!

that sounds truly disgusting. Makes me glad I have absolutely no sweet tooth 🙂

Side note: the article says is has "51 carbs". It's 51 GRAMS OF CARBOHYDRATES DAMMIT.

I don't know why, but this irritates me immensely.

yeah I saw that too. I was thinking, "Wait a second, carbs isn't a measurement, it's a nutrient!"

People are so nutritionally challenged these days....

I just hate the word "carbs" because it's invariably used by diet freaks who know NOTHING about how the human body works. To hear some of them talk, it's as if carbohydrates (sorry, "carbs" ) are poisonous, rather than vital energy sources.

That too. Plus I'm just sick to death of the whole Atkins thing and sick of people obsessing about everthing BUT actually exercising once in a while.

eta: perhaps this is another 1000 cal drink when you get it in a bigger size.

anyways, liquid calories are always scary.
