New forum theme

It's time. Maybe 2-3 new forum themes which are not of the lightweight/minimal type that has scaled back features.

So full-fledged skins. Maybe a dark skin and another mostly white and perhaps one with red or another color. Either way, a new skin/forum style is long overdue.
 
I like the default VB3 skin the best..... Im sure they could add a skin option or you could run one yourself my friend! (Using your browsers COMPATIBILITY MODE)
