New Folder???

I created a folder named My Rips In My Documents Folder And I delete it and everytime I restart the computer it keeps coming back. I checked all my programs to see if anything was connected to that, but none of my programs were. I also looked in Serivices, but nothing specifically showed up. What else can I do to pinpoint the problem? Thanks.

Sorry About That, Ignore This Post, I totally Forgot About Regedit. I fixed the problem everything is good, Thanks If You At Least Attempted To Help Or Look At The Thread.
