Hi amigos,
its been 5 months since i built a new PC thanks to your help and now is the perfect time to add a second intake fan, i got a discount code from a company that ships amazon products from USA to Chile , the Phanteks case i bought from them only came with one exhaust fan and i think adding a second one is a good idea, considering i live in a warm city and the CPU is OCable, havnt done OC yet but i would love to try it sooner than later.
I think i should get one of these 140 mm fans or something similar:
Noctua SSO

Phanteks 140m

or maybe a 120 like this

This is the case i have right now: https://www.amazon.com/Phanteks-Ent...r=1-3&keywords=Phanteks+Phanteks+Enthoo+PRO+M

what do you think is best? i cant spend more than 20 usd because i have to include the shipping.

Your Phanteks fan link is broken. Now, if adding airflow without adding noise is your goal, you can't go wrong with the Noctua. They are among the best fans out there, and very few manufacturers can compete with them. If you can afford it, I would go for it. Especially for 140mm fans I'm wary of cheaper brands, as they inherently make more noise at the same rotational speed compared to 120mm fans (but they compensate by providing significantly more airflow) due to larger fan blades (longer blades = faster movement at outer edges = more turbulence and noise). Do you run your fans at constant speed, use a fan controller, or control them from the motherboard? Nearly any fan can be quiet if you turn the speed down enough, but Noctua's specialty is the combination of the two. The NF-P14s Redux that you've linked is an excellent fan in pretty much every metric. Given that it only runs at 1200rpm it's not the fan that provides the most airflow of all fans, but it will give you plenty and at very pleasant noise levels, even running at full speed. If you can control the fan speed through the motherboard with a 4-pin PWM connector and want the option for even more flow, there's a 1500rpm version of the noctua (product page) that provides ~20% more airflow at max rpm, but of course at the cost of more noise. Still, it might be useful to have the option to run the fan faster if you're in a hot environment. Of course, that depends if you can get that fan at a price that fits your budget.

From a quick look at Phanteks's selection of fans, they all look decent, and are probably good. They're all rated for more airflow than the Noctuas, although I'm usually rather wary of both airflow and noise level ratings for fans. Unfortunately, there are too few good fan reviews out there. Still, they might be excellent, I just don't have any experience with them.

Noctua provides a 6-year warranty, while Phanteks's is 5 years, so both should use durable and good quality bearings that don't wear out easily.

My motherboard manual on pages 14 & 15 says the CPU fan is PWM. The CPU OPT and 3 SYS FAN headers are all variable voltage control. They all have 4-pin headers, but only the CPU FAN header has "Speed control" on pin-4 and pin-2 is 12v .. a PWM header. All other fan headers have "speed control" on pin-2 .. the power to fan is variable voltage .. and "VCC" on pin-4 which means it is not used for anything.
do you think ill need to get a PWM splitters or hub with PSU power? i once heard those are commonly used to run up to 8-10 fans on a single PWM signal fan header.

i think Phanktes is more convenient, it has higher static pressure than the Noctua, ideal for front intake

now i need choose the MP , SP or XP, dont know much about the actual difference, there is a different price between the black and white version of MP, do you know why?

they are a bit more pricey than the SP you linked before, is it worth the extra $?

there's also a cheaper option, these TY which i need to know the weight of the fan so i can get the shipping final price
