I'm glad we agree.

The F-22 wasn't made for extreme maneuverability anyways; it super-cruises, locks on, and fires.

Russian SU-37s are a bit more impressive in regards to flight maneuverability.

Russia already makes airplanes that are fast and much more maneuverable. However, that's not what makes the F-22 dominant. If you have to fly that low and slow to perform these crazy moves you're already dead. It will still be a very long time until China and Russia can match the total package, which is amazing considering the project was started 20 years ago.
