Uh, over half of last season he was more than nice to her, basically the last half of last season, more so after he lost his arm.

Did you miss the episode this season where he had a disappointed look on his face when she went out with that other Dr(who later she found out was married).

Last time I was there two doctors walked past me when I had a blood soaked rag wrapped around my thumb and one said to the other, "Looks like someone lost a finger" and both laughed. Bitches!
