Did you see them firsthand, or just call them? Last time I was in there they seemed like they would be pretty clueless of that sorta thing...

Rigoletto, I dont think AMD cares if we OC the $hit out of our cheapo chips, we're such an incredibly small part of the market.

Went there to check firsthand. The guy didn't know what a 'golden bridge' or bridge was, but when I pointed them out to him and mentioned overclocking he perked right up and said all the chips they've had have been the same, and that they've been overclocking their own durons in the back (said they get 900 out of the 600's with a golden orb almost guaranteed). The only duron they had in stock had all bridges intact (saw it with my own 2 eyes), and he said that's how all of them have been.

So what did you do to get your info MadRat?

I've got week 32 750s here. That's the newest I have. They all have all of the bridges. 🙂

I was just in last week, seriously the batch of Durons had no bridges at all. Are you sure you talked to Dave?

Not sure who I talked to, but that was the only duron they had in stock at all and it was fine. He said they had all been that way.

Did you ever see any firsthand MadRat? And if there were indeed no-bridge durons out in the channel, don't you think they'd have been spotted with some proof somewhere else?

Yep, same eyes I saw them side by side with the Thunderbirds. Durons were noticeably more plain in comparison to the Thunderbirds. $%#&($@*, Dave! What the hell did he show me if they aren't all coming like that?
