"Picking up a few friends to toss around a football will not be legal for some teenagers come Sunday. A new law outlines a six-month period in which a teen driver cannot carry more than one passenger under the age of 21."

Good Law! I've been in 3 collisions (not always the one driving) and each time I was hit from behind by teens(2+) in a car horseplaying around. One time they even got out and said "Dude, ya made me drop my joint"... AND THEY HIT ME!

Yeah, it was pretty funny too, when they got arrested for possession when I called the cops to make an accident report 🙂
