Shoe Pavillion

I stopped by their store in Mountain View, CA and picked up a righteous pair of Doc Martens for $40- these regularly go for about $120. A bit old school but I've never found a pair of shoes more comfortable than my docs, once they're broken in that is.

The campers are widely acclaimed by many and are cheap there too. I couldn't get used to them, probably because I'm used to lugging around 20 pound docs on my paws.

God I hate breaking in a pair of docs!!! ...very uncomfortable to begin with, but you're right. Once they're broken in, they're very comfortable!

Is everyone getting a email stating that the shoes are not in stock? I ordered a pair of Doc's which are still listed as In Stock on the web site and they emailed me to say that they were cancelling the order because they were not in stock. Man what a scam.

The focus of my post was to stop into a store if there's one near you. I'm unsure of their online stock but the store near me had an adequate selection.

Also the in store prices seem to be lower than online...

I have still not heard back from the crappy company. 2 emails have gone unanswered and not notice of cancellation. I would advide all to avoid this deal.
