Real sugar can't be all that bad, unless you're eating spoonfulls of it or something.

That's exactly what you do when drinking soft drinks. 1 Coke has 40 grams of sugar (~1.5 oz?) / can.

It's not pleasant.

Add some Olean chips to the mix and your large intestine is having a party!! Bring in a little water...do a little dance...get gas tonight!!
