New detonator 2 drivers 5.45 out!

Whoohoo! Q3's FPS at 800x600 w.everything maxed out increased from 56.6 to 64.6 Frames per sec.Decent drivers If I do say so myself.Thanks dude, and they work like a charm, unlike the 6.xx drivers.

P!!!550E@600 MS816 Geforce MX - whats the deal with the 5.45, i thought that detonator 3 is the way for geforce. What about 6.18 and 6.31 (improvements?) My bro is using my old TNT2 M64 det3.68, should be using the 5.45 too? Please enlighten o wise one. TQ

Det 2 should be for TNT1 TNT2
Det 3 should be for Geforce +

DaZ a GeForce2 MX running on a PII 400@496.
After some tweaking to the D2 Drivers I got it up from 64.6 to 68.9.

I think these drivers must be aimed towards people with 'pre-geforce' based cards. I'd be interested to see the performance of these with Geforces, but I suspect you'd be better off sticking with the latest Det3 drivers

I am, but since han88 has the same board, I figured I wouldn't mind reading how it went for him. Sometimes things work out differently on different systems. Take my MS SideWinder for example. Will not work in digital mode. From what I read, it is most likely due to my bus speed which is 100Mhz+
