As far as leg room i actually have a foot rest that i use that sits between the sub and the tower and while not perfect it works for now until i get the longer dvi cable and rca cables i ordered.

Edit: I paid $329 total.

Yep, that's my desk as well - just small differences. They always seem to run a special with it. I think mine was a free hutch with the desk. Mine has started to seriously bow. Hope you don't get that.
