What about a loan shark that preys on the elderly (or those with reduced mental capacity) with 100% interest loans? I'm assuming you are you fine with that, too. Those people are obviously not the "fittest" in our society, and if they signed into a 100% APR loan, they deserve to lose their money. Natural selection doesn't favor the old or retarded and our laws are artificially allowing them to survive; let them burn, right?
