New Cpu replies needed

Well, I havent had my computer running since mid november more problems so i just left it be. Now i plan on getting a new cpu just dont know what to go with and if i should stick to good ol newegg.

i have a EpOx 8k7a and was just wondering whats the best deal i can get w/ heatsink, fan, and cpu? price range = $80-$120

I like NewEgg, try going for the best Athlon XP that is OEM or Retail, 30 day or so warranty or 3 year warranty, Retail comes with plain old heatsink, if you o/c then get an aftermarket HS.
