Had a weird happening recently. Came home after being gone for a day and my processor's suddenly running at 50' idle instead of 27 like it was before. Figure I might want to get a new HS/F, but not sure what I should be looking at.

Also, any ideas what could have caused the temp increase? Apparently the power went out @ my house for a min (my computer was reset when I got home), but its on a surge strip. No hardware changes since the nice cool temps, just has a much higher temp, seemingly randomly.

Also would like to get rid of the POS aluminum HS/F on my 9800 Pro. I've heard there's good Arctic Cooling fans out there, but not sure what's what, any tips?
 
Alrighty, thanks ^_^ Think that'll help drop the temp a lot? Im seriously confused as to why it suddenly rocketed

Edit: Nm, thought the Zalman would be a CPU HS/F, looks like another video one. Thanks though.
