FWIW:
The new format requires new cookies.
In particular, I use a utility called "Cookie Cop" from PC magazine.
Previously, I had enabled www.anandtech.com and forums.anandtech.com

Now, images.anandtech.com and dynamic.anandtech.com want / need to leave cookies.

My solution was to delete my old entries and enable "*.anandtech.com"


Sorry, I don't like cookies, very much.
In particular, the huge amount of HD space thousands of such tiny files take up.
