I like the Inwin Q500.
If you search around you can probably find the Adaptec 29160 for the same price as, or a fuzz more than the 2940UW, I think it's worth the few extra $$.

A zip or LS-120 seems pretty pointless with a CD burner. Of the two I'd probably go with an LS-120 because you can use that for your floppies, and since you can get a SCSI model, you can free up an extra IRQ too. And accessing floppies won't slow down your whole system anymore :)

I'm guessing this will be a workstation, or maybe a server... Do you have a price limit?

I don't know about the motherboard...

You had better make sure the processors are FC-PGA style, or else they won't fit in the motherboard.

You should get 512 (or more, the mobo supports up to 2GB) MB ECC PC133.

How about 2 Seagate Cheetah X15 18GBs? If you don't need that much hard drive space, you should consider striping them in RAID 0.

The should be ok, but I'm not sure whether or not it's perfectly flat. If you want another monitor, the Sony GDM-F500R is a great choice, although quite pricey.

The DVD should be fine for you.

Good choice for the mouse, for desktop applications this thing is almost unrivaled.

Not much to say about the keyboard.

If you want the Seagates, then you might consider getting an Ultra160 SCSI controller, otherwise, if you want to keep the 75 giggers, you don't need it, because they are ATA/100 HDs, which can be run at ATA/66, which the server supports.

The case is pretty good.

I'm not sure if you'd play games on this, but if you do, the cards would be a good choice. If not, I'd recommend the Matrox G400 for the amazing 2D quality.

Sound card is good.

The speakers are really your choice. Keep the JBLs if you are going just do 2d/3d apps, but if you are going to play, the DTT2500s are good, but I suggest the Klipsch ProMedia 400W v.2, or the Videologic Sirocco Crossfire, or for top-end, the Videologic DigiTheatre.
