So I have 1335$ to spend.(leet dollars if I get 2 more dollars..hehe)

What is a must:
E6300 or E6400
8800GTS
2x1GBs of ram(DDR2 667 that can run at DDR2 800)
No lights(Like LED fans or anything)

DVD/CD Burner that supports EVERYTHING (Exclude HD-DVD and Bluray) like Dual layer and DVD-RAM. Be fast too if possible. But under 40$.

Since you don't want to spend the time doing any research yourself why don't you just read one of the hundreds of other "is my rig cool" posts and copy somebody's system?

Funny, for someone who has $1300, it sure looks like you're not enthusiastic about looking it up your self. I've probably spent more time researching how to build a $200 rig then you will for your $1300 rig....
