New Computer, will my old PSU work?

Black Friday had some great deals so I bought parts to start constructing a new computer.

I'll have:

-Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
-2gb pc2 6400 OCZ
-8800GT
-Three SATAII 300GB harddrives
-1x dvd burner
-MSI P35 Neo2 Motherboard

I have an antec case I got last year (AUG 2006), the P150 and it has this PSU:

"High Efficiency 430-Watt ATX12V v2.2 Neo HE power supply"

I wasn't planning on building a new computer prior to today so am trying to save some $$$ if possible.

-Will this setup be STABLE with my current PSU?
-Will this setup have any potential for overclocking?
-Are there any risks of damaging my new hardware with the PSU?

430w NEO HE has 384w on the 12v rail(s), meaning its 32a. It should work. Do realize you can easily pull near 250-300w with that rig, 100w from the 8800gt, 125w from the q6600, = 225w allready. If you overclock, it will be more. Should have bought a new PSU during blackfriday as well if you ask me. How long have you been using that NEO ? It will prolly run your rig just fine, question is, for how long ...

Overclocked Q6600 doesn't exceed 200. Total draw should be less than 300. PSU is fine.
