Now that I'm more composed I will retype out my situation.

I have an E8400 Duo core, an Asus p5q pro motherboard, an Asus HD4850 Radeon Video card, and 2 sticks of 2gb corsair memory.

My computer has been running perfectly fine for 2 days. I've mostly been stress testing both cpu and video card through 3dmark06 and alittle bit of prime95. I had overclocked my cpu to 3.6ghz @ 1.25v and my videocard to 710/1125 (originally 680/1100). Anyways I had pretty good results and I found myself getting some lower points with the new catalyst 8.9 drivers so I decided to uninstall those. After rebooting my pc kept freezing up and having a blue screen of death on the XP desktop. I figured it was driver conflicts, so I went to reformat. I went up stairs to take a shower and when I come back I have no signal on my monitor and my pc is just running.

I have absolutely no idea what happened and i've been trying to test things individually one at a time. I've took everything out and unplugged everything i don't need to. Basically all i have plugged in right now is the cpu, the videocard, and 1 stick of ram (i have 2 sticks and i've tried all possible configurations). I consistently turn the pc on with no issues but have absolutely no beeps no display.

At this point I have no one I know in the area to test any thing on another setup nor do I have another system that I can test these items on.

I have a 630w RaidMax powersupply. I don't know what my next step is. I recently purchased these items from new egg.

Can anyone think of the best possible way to deal with this?

I suspect your PSU is at fault. Its not a very good PSU at all. There is a good cahnce it was strugling under the stress of your OCing. If you didn't set everything back to stock before reinstalling that could have been the problem. But either way i think the PSu crapped out on you or just plain damaged the motherboard.

thanks for the response guys, but my main question is this. I had tried booting the pc up without any ram in and still didn't get any error/beep codes. Don't most motherboards produce some type of noise in that scenario?

Yeah return the PSu and actually get a good quality PSU. A nice 500W or better PSu from Antec or Corsair would be a good choice.

This is glory, forgot my password so I had to make a new name..

mpilch, I just wanted to let you know that you were correct in the assessment of my situation. It was indeed my power supply. In an unfortunate turn of events my new motherboard is defective (north bridge) and I still gotta rma and wait for stuff :(
