What a great comeback. I don't like to be ignorant so would you care to explain your reasoning on how someone with a tight budget should be buying an add in video card when the mainboard YOU speced out has built in video? How does that offer a value add for someone doing only 2d windows desktop. 50 or 1000 tabs open does not use a different amount of video memory, it does on the other hand suck up system RAM.

If you'd ever used an integrated graphics card for dual display...you would know...throwing in $40 for a video card can't hurt. Those are 512mb of ram that the OP will have avalible for use.

Got it all ordered. Big Thanks to RavenSEAL for walking me through the purchase. I decided to add a hard drive and a few other small changes.
added an ear piece and the LCD monitor I have an extra $70 coming back in rebates and 2% back from using a promotion from fatwallet

Total build price compared to what was first quoted not including headset, monitor or hard drive (less tax and Waste fee) puts me under $550 for a much nicer build than I had originally planned. It seems $200 makes a HUGE difference from where I was going to be. I decided not to cheap out and hope I will be able to have increased productivity to pay for this.
