Just got a Gigabyte GA-EP35, E8400 45nm CPU, 4GB Corsair RAM, Corsair VX550W PSU and Radeon 4850
Turning the computer on for the first time is doing nothing. All 4 lights are on the mobo, all fans are running fine. The mobo is a 24 pin power cable, but there's also a 12v input on the mobo which I can't find the 4 pin cable from the PSU cables.
I see an 8 pin and a 4 pin that detaches from the 24 pin but the manual for the psu says not to try plugging the 4 pin detachable into the ATX12V input as it will cause damage.
Yet, the GS-EP35 manual says that if the 12v is not connected, the computer won't start. Where the heck is the 12v cable from my PSU?
