OK, so my computer will be:

i5-2500k
Fractal Design Full Tower with 3 included fans
Gigabyte Z68X-UD3H-B3 Motherboard
8 Gigs of Kingston DDR3 RAM
120 Gig SSD OCX Agility probably...

I will be using my existing GTX260 for the meantime. I plan on upgrading to a 560ti or higher later.

What kind of power supply do you guys envision me needing to use this setup?

With the 260?

With the 560ti?

With a dual card setup since my MoBo will support that?

OCing? What will this require?

Both cards use about the same amount of power. You probably need somewhere around 450-550W of quality power for such a rig with one GPU. That will be plenty even with overclocking.
