Only thing I can say is few folks will visit the forum because:
1. It's a phpBB forum (not secure like vBulletin). Computer sites just draw the worst.
2. Too many forums that causes one to scroll w-a-y down.
3. Don't see seeders.
4. Too many graphics to slow down the page generation time.
Forums are incrediably hard to start up and keep up. Takes a lot of effort, and whoever opens it will find they're doing more backend work than enjoying the forum. 🙁
