Quadro FX 1000
only 1 gb ram
old school CRT (waiting on a replacement LCD)

I can't tell it's any faster than my computer at home, of course I don't do much CAD at home either.

Dual 2.8 Xeons
2Gb of ram
3 x 36Gb 15K SCSI drives in Raid 0
Geforce FX 5600 (Dual DVI)
Gigabit LAN
Dell 2001fp and Dell 1703fp

P4 2.8 is ok but not HOT. The graphics card is your smoker. But if it runs well for you, congrats on an upgrade and a great system to work from.
