New comp PSU question

A couple days ago I got a pc from cyberpowerpc.com. A few times firefox has quit responding and I had to close it and just a few minutes ago firefox quit responding then the computer did and I had to restart. Could this be from my PSU?

Speedfan readings

Vcore: 1.2v
+12v: 9.87v
AVcc: 3.26v

Everest readings

cpu core: 1.2v
Aux: 2.99v
+3.3v: 3.26v
+5v: 5.48v
+12v: 9.06v
+5 v standby: 4.95v
vbat battery: 3.06v

I don't know if it matters but in bios the +12v reads 12v as I guess it should. Do any of these look bad enough to send back the PSU, could this be causing my computer to freeze? I ran memtest86 and it passed that (ran it up to test 5 which was about 2 hours in I think). Also ran prime95 for 12 hours and everything was fine there.

Ignore the software voltage readings. Doany other apps besides firefox cause problems?

Use Internet Explorer and see what happens. Heck you could even uninstall Speedfan as well.

Check your PSU with a digital multimeter. I doubt your computer would work at all with a +12V at 9V, but who knows. Don't trust software readings.

Test your computer out - Memtest86 to start, then Prime95 etc. Maybe you have some bad hardware. You could also check the event viewer to see if there is anything obvious causing the reboots.
