new comp advise

i would like to buy a computer...
i thought of:

e4300
pqi 2x1024MB ddr2 800MHZ
GA-965P-DS3P rev3.3
WD 250G 16MB 7200RPM SATA2
Radeon 1550 512MB
Antec Sonata II + 450W PSU
Tuniq Tower 120mm

are there better stuff i can choose at about the same amount of money?
i have conflicts about the mobo and the RADEON 1550
i do not realy know ATI's cards, and i consider using crossfire mode later.
also, i am worried about the vertical pressure from tuniq tower on the mobo...

can anyone advise please?

at stock speeds and one graphic card...?
