New Chevy Omega/Caprice! Why can't GM sell this car in the US/CANADA???

Apparently this car is being sold in Brazil and is a rebadged Holden Commodre.

Check out the interior in that car, quite sumptous. I'm sure this car would do well in North America, so why don't we get it?

Agree. GM is really quite craptacular, some of their overseas cars are quite nice though.

They did, as NSF4 pointed out, it was called the Catera.

Check out the (new) GTO interior, nearly identical, with the minor exception of the climate controls.
